Industrial Activated Carbon Tower for VOC Control Paint Extraction
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ACTIVATED CARBON TOWER – PAINT EXTRACTION & VOC ABATEMENT EQUIPMENT
The Paint Extraction System with Activated Carbon Tower is designed to capture paint mist and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) generated inside the painting room. The system filters and absorbs these contaminants, discharging only odorless, clean air into the atmosphere. This process protects worker health by preventing inhalation of harmful chemicals and reduces fire or explosion risks by eliminating dangerous fume accumulation.
How It Works
A centrifugal fan creates suction within the ductwork. During painting operations, paint mist and VOCs are extracted through grills installed on the interior walls of the painting room. Each grill is fitted with a primary filter designed to trap paint mist while allowing VOCs to pass through via specially designed gaps. The VOCs then travel through the ducting to the Activated Carbon Tower, where activated carbon charcoal purifies the air by absorbing odors and VOCs. Finally, clean air is released safely into the atmosphere.
Key Components
